Today, I Choose PATIENCE

Patience is an acquired virtue.  It is a learned behavior.  One that has taken me many years to cultivate.  As a young adult, my children tried my patience almost daily.  I have mellowed as I’ve grown older, and now, as a grandparent, I can testify that I am much more patient.  God teaches us to be patient and to trust Him and His timing.  All good things will come at the right time.  Heavenly Father, help me to become more patient and trust in You fully.  Forgive me the times I’ve been impatient and intolerant toward others.  Teach me Your ways, Oh Lord, that I may be found worthy in Your sight.  Through Jesus Christ, I pray.  Amen.  Galatians 5: 22-23 “In contrast, the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, generosity, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control.
