Pondering Thoughts of My Soul

The Bible says, “Those who seek the Lord lack no good thing.”  We were created for a relationship with God, and God honors those who seek him with joy and gladness, wisdom and understanding, righteousness and hope.  Those who search for the Lord will always find Him.  “The Lord looks down from heaven on all mankind to see if anyone is wise if even one seeks God.”  Dear Heavenly Father, give me a heart that seeks you always.  Help me to look to you first instead of as a last resort.  Keep my eyes focused on you, Lord, so that I may obtain the blessings you have for me.  Amen.  2 Chronicles 7:14: “If my people who are called by my name would humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, I will hear them from heaven, I will forgive their sin and heal their land.”
