Today, How God Honors His People!

I’m not sure if we realize how much God loves us and how he desires a relationship with us.  Sin entered the world, but God gave His only Son as a sacrifice on the cross for our sins and to restore us back to Him. The Bible says that God made man a little lower than himself and has crowned him with glory and honor.  It also says that those who honor Him, He will honor.  What does ‘honor’ mean?  It means demonstrating high respect for someone and saying you see great value in them.  We need to honor God in everything we do, and He, in return, will honor us for our obedience.  He will honor our prayers, our work, our finances, and so much more.  Dear Heavenly Father, help us to honor and glorify You in all we do.  Help us to give thanks to You for all you have provided continually.  Help us to honor others in our lives who have done great work.  In Jesus’ name, I pray.  Amen. Psalm 91:15: “He shall call upon Me, and I will answer him; I will be with him in times of trouble.  I will deliver him and honor him.”
