Pondering Thoughts of My Soul

I have found it extremely difficult to maintain a positive attitude during difficult times in my life. Yet, we are called to share God’s love and light throughout the world.  Many times, I needed help to be positive.  A loving God directed me to the Book of Psalms.  There I found the comfort of a loving Father and the hope for a victorious future.  God knows where we are physically, emotionally, and spiritually.  Remember, He is on our side.  He is always there, guiding us through the rough times.  Dear Heavenly Father, thank You for being my refuge, my fortress, in times of despair.  Thank you for directing my path.  As long as I am alive, help me to remain in your light.  In Jesus’ name, I pray.  Amen.  James 1: 2-3: “Consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters, whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance.”
