Pondering Thoughts of My Soul

I have been without hope a few times in my life.  The discouragement and defeat I felt in my soul was overwhelming.  Only by the Grace of God could I defeat the enemy (Satan) and pull myself up out of the pit of despair.  I learned a few things through those trials.  Never, ever give up hope!  There is always a better tomorrow.  The darkness lasts for a time, but joy comes in the morning, meaning that after a time of spiritual darkness, joy will be restored to you.  Thank you, Lord, for the hope you have instilled in us.  Be with all those who have lost hope today.  Make your presence known to them.  In Jesus name, I pray.  Amen.  Psalm 30:5. “For His anger lasts only for a moment, but His favor lasts a lifetime.  Weeping may last through the night, but joy comes in the morning.”
